The hotel is in a wonderful location, close to the San Francisco peninsula, the bay, and San Mateo downtown. The rooms are perfect and come equipped with all necessary amenities.

The staff here are incredibly friendly and attentive, and the facilities are great, with a fantastic breakfast offering a variety of delicious meals.

The hotel is beautiful with modern decoration. The location is great, being so close to San Francisco, the airport, and downtown San Mateo.

The room was updated and huge. The pool was heated. The bathroom was clean and had convenient amenities like a shower, hair dryers, and bath sheets. The hotel was centrally located near the airport. The staff was exceptionally nice.

The hotel was a welcome base for enjoying a pretty nice area. Short walk to the south bay and major shopping. The venue's position was central. Food was appetizing and outstanding. The staff were exceptional.

There were a few disappointments during our visit. upon check-in, the staff failed to provide clear directions to our room, leaving us to wander around the large hotel.

The room had an iron, a writing desk, and a dresser, along with a super comfy bed, clean bathrooms with a bathtub.

The hotel had a beautiful lobby and the staff was great, especially the gentleman who helped us with our luggage. The location was excellent, not far from San Francisco, and it was convenient for the activities we had planned during our stay. The room itself was nice and spacious, with a living room and a separate sleeping area. The cleanliness of the room was satisfactory.

Big room

I booked including breakfast which I could show on my booking email. First they told me just sign and we will not charge you which I found out later they would have. Than I needed 15-20 minutes to convince them that the booking email really showed including breakfast which I could show on my iPhone. Finally they gave me the breakfast.

A very clean and comfortable hotel. The perfect mix of luxury and casual, you won't find a better deal anywhere in the bay area for business or personal travel. No question about it, I will stay at this hotel with every visit to the bay area from now on. The staff was wonderful to work with and as accomodating as one could ever ask for. No dislikes! You've got to try this hotel!

I recently stayed at a hotel near the heart of Silicon Valley, surrounded by the previous Sales Force buildings and a very old, uninteresting strip mall. The location was perfect, being halfway between San Francisco and Stanford and the venture capital companies. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a clean bathroom and excellent service. The breakfast options were delicious, with a variety of choices to satisfy all tastes. The hotel also had great facilities, including a pool and gym. It was a pleasure to wake up every morning to the stunning view of the surrounding area.

There was one aspect of the hotel that could be improved. The Wi-Fi service was not complimentary, which was a bit disappointing considering the reputation of this international hotel chain.
